Introducing ClickUp Integration

SupportWire now supports full ClickUp task integration with two-way status sync. Push conversations to ClickUp Lists, keep external issue links visible, and match Linear and Jira depth.

SupportWire now offers ClickUp as a first-class task integration, with the same depth as Linear and Jira.

Connect once, then:

  • Push a conversation (or a SupportWire task) into a ClickUp List
  • Sync status changes in both directions through verified webhooks
  • See linked external issues inside the task detail dialog
  • Configure push and pull rules with the same toggles and filters you already know

OAuth registers the webhook automatically. Search works by task name, ID, or full URL. Auto-push for new tasks works for ClickUp the same way it already does for Linear.

Your team stays in SupportWire. ClickUp stays the system of record for the work that leaves the inbox.
