Introducing live chat translation

SupportWire Live Translation lets your team read every conversation in their preferred language. Org-level switch, per-teammate preference, and on-demand message translation.

Support conversations happen in the customer’s language. Your team should not have to.

Live Translation is now available across the SupportWire dashboard and the widget:

  • Org-level master switch plus a checklist of supported locales
  • Per-teammate preferred chat language
  • Conversation-wide “Auto-translated to …” pill that flips every bubble
  • Per-message language menu to show original or request an on-demand translation

Precedence is deliberate: a single message override beats the conversation pill, which beats the reader’s preferred language. Everything is gated so the UI stays clean when the feature is off.
