Midnight. Three inboxes.
Solo founders. Small teams. Enterprise tools at $300 a month for features we would never touch. So we built the tool we wished existed.
Support tools got heavier and less human. So we built the one we needed at night.
Our mission
It started inside Skcript, after a decade of watching support tools get heavier, pricier, and less human every year.
Solo founders. Small teams. Enterprise tools at $300 a month for features we would never touch. So we built the tool we wished existed.
Talk to customers in more than 40 languages. Route email, chat, and social from a single inbox. Draft replies with AI. Ship a widget that loads in under 100ms and looks like part of your product, not a bolt-on.
One price, published. No contact limits that punish growth. The bill reads the same whether you help 100 customers or 10,000, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
$19 per seat per month, a fraction of Intercom. AI resolutions at $0.49 each after 50 included, half of Fin's $0.99.

The name
A support wire is the shortest possible line between a question and an answer. The name was coined in a midnight standup, after the tenth time someone said "we need a wire straight to support." That is the whole mission: the fastest, quietest line between your product and the humans who depend on it.
Our belief
Being a leader means nothing if our customers aren't happy.
We are obsessed with building a product that is hard to refuse. Everything else is noise.
