Introducing Knowledge Capture
Turn Slack messages into knowledge Kal can use, without leaving the channel your team already works in.
Kal only knows what you have taught it, and that knowledge ages. A new plan ships, a policy changes, and Kal keeps answering from last month. Fixing it used to mean leaving your work to open the knowledge base and write the entry by hand.
Knowledge Capture closes that gap inside Slack.
Capture where the answer already lives
When your team works out an answer in Slack, you can hand it to Kal four ways:
- Post a release or update in your connected channel, and Kal drafts an entry from it
- React to any message with 👀 to nominate it
- Mention SupportWire in a thread and ask it to capture the conversation
- Run
/SupportWire capturewith a message link
Pick whichever fits the moment. They all feed the same place.
Kal drafts, you approve
Kal reads the message, writes a clean knowledge entry, and posts it back to Slack as a card. You read the draft and press Go ahead or Dismiss. Nothing reaches Kal until a person says yes.
Approve it, and the entry lands in your Knowledge Store, ready for search. The next customer who asks gets the new answer, and Kal cites where it came from.
Your knowledge stays where your work happens
No new tab, no context switch. The conversations your team has in Slack become the answers your customers get in chat.
Your team solved it once. Now Kal has it too.
