Introducing answer feedback
Customers can rate Kal's answers with a thumbs up or down, so you see which replies to fix.
Every answer Kal gives in the chat widget now ends with a small question: Was this helpful? Your customers tap a thumbs up or a thumbs down. For the first time, they can tell Kal when it got the answer right, and when it didn't.
One tap, then it's done
Tap 👍 or 👎 and the row replies. A small "Thanks — noted" confirms it landed. No survey, no popup.
A thumbs down is a to-do
Every 👎 pins the exact answer that fell short and the question that prompted it. You see what to fix and where. That is where Kal learns next.
Quiet by design
The row stays out of the way, and your customers can ignore it. It ships in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Tamil.
