See when a customer was last active beside first seen, with their timezone and yours on hover.
The Users table now has a Last seen column next to First seen (it used to say Activity). The same timestamp shows on the customer profile and in the conversation User Info row.
Hover it for the exact time. Customer is their timezone. You is yours. Online still reads as Online.
The Users sidebar also gets an Inactive smart view: last seen more than 30 days ago.
