## How the bill works

SupportWire has one self-serve plan: **$19 per seat per month**, billed monthly. Lite seats (view-only, no AI resolutions) are unlimited and free. Every account gets **50 AI resolutions included each month**; after that, resolutions are metered at **$0.49 each**. You only pay when Kal actually closes a ticket. Nothing is charged when Kal hands a conversation to a human.
