## How Parahelp prices

Parahelp is an AI support agent sold as a layer on top of the helpdesk you already run. Its pricing is handled through sales rather than published self-serve, and because it sits on top of an existing tool, the AI cost is added to the seat bill you are already paying.

SupportWire charges $19 per seat per month plus $0.49 per AI resolution after the first 50 free each month, half of Intercom Fin's $0.99 per resolution, with a 14-day trial, no card, and no sales call.
